From 7 until 28 October 2024, a survey will be held to assess our customers' satisfaction.
On the TILO connections, staff will distribute a card with the instructions to access the online questionnaire. However, it is also possible to participate using a paper questionnaire by requesting it from the survey staff.
The survey is accompanied by a competition with an iPhone 15 as a prize.
