From Saturday, 8 March to Sunday, 6 April, cross-border connections between Como Camerlata and Chiasso will be subject to traffic changes.

Services on the Trenord S11 Rho–Milan–Como–Chiasso line will operate only between Rho and Como S. Giovanni, without reaching Chiasso.

The Como–Chiasso route will be served by the S10 Biasca–Bellinzona–Lugano–Chiasso connections, which will reach Como San Giovanni every 30 minutes and Como Camerlata every hour.

S40 Varese–Como S. Giovanni services will also have timetable changes at Chiasso, arriving at .14 minutes past the hour instead of .10. This will cause missed connections with buses in Chiasso.

These measures are due to an experimental rescheduling of services. Please check your connection before travelling.
