From Monday 21 to Friday 25 October 2024, S50 connections will only travel to Malpensa Airport Terminal 1. A shuttle bus service will run between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Disabled travellers requiring assistance when boarding or alighting from trains on Swiss territory should contact the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 512 257 844 (from abroad).

In order to better organise assistance on Italian territory, travellers with disabilities are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).
